I have a (not so original) theory that Facebook is creating a bummed out and insecure society.  Always comparing our lives with the highlights of others can be downright exhausting!

So remember...we are human.  We all struggle.  We all thrive.  We all experience overwhelming joy and heart breaking pain.  Life is a long novel with ever changing chapters.

So be yourself, express your self, and live your life in a way that you choose.  Remember that no one is judging, everyone is rooting for you.  So try your best to stop judging yourself.  Walk your path with confidence, joy, your head held high and a smile.  And remember to cut yourself some slack.
