hOMegrown Yoga & Massage opens tomorrow in Uptown Denver! We are a cozy and intimate yoga and massage studio focused on moms and moms-to-be.
Enjoy our Bloom & Blossom class designed to prepare moms for the experience of childbirth. Or relax in our Massage & Restore class, where you will be massaged through a restorative yoga class (open to all). All yoga classes are designed to relax and rejuvenate moms with lots of hands on massage time!
